-Campground itself, smells like sewerage 24/7.
*Not recommended.. It seems cheap at first until they nail you with fictitious fees not itemized on the lease. For the extra 200$ or so you can have a lot at one of the many better campgrounds in the local area that offer more amenities and activities for free.
- Restrooms and bath house are unkept/dirty.
Not recommended. I rented a lot for a year, a seasonal lot. I paid in full and paid for winter storage but was charged additional fees not mentioned/itemized on the lease without notice and was charged for winter storage again. When contacting staff, they were rude and told me it's a bill and I have to pay it because they said so.. They breach their own lease agreements to gain extra profit. Response time of staff is awful, if you get a response at all. They will charge fees without notice and then charge you late fees even though they do not send notice of changes. The campground has changed hands within the family and there too many hands in the cookie jar. Not a single owner is on the same page with the next. One will say you owe something when you don't and talking to the next one will say you more than the first.
Super campground! The grounds were clean, bathrooms were well maintained and the playground was nice. The Owners and Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The camp store was ok, not a huge selection, but all the basics were there and the prices were very reasonable. The pool is a bit small, but definitely large enough to cool off and it was very clean. The WIFI was free, not the best, but it was adequate. Thanks for a great experience, we will definitely be back.
Potholes everywhere, trash left piled outside of dumpsters, lots of broken limbs on ground in lanes and lots, utility wires are unusually low/sagging and attached to broken trees (the wires were holding the trees/ "poles" up in some cases)
Nice quiet camp ground. Very friendly have a nice pool and store
-campground just seems unkept in general,
-Camp lots are only big enough for your camper. (You will, see, hear, and smell your neighbors.)
Mens room toilets were not clean looked like stuff was on there overnight .Stayed overnight for fair. Over all small clean camp ground
No managers ever on site, no water pressure, over charges, tree fell causing major damages, no return calls. Serious financial troubles, due to illness was reported. DO NOT GO HERE
