Best place to go camping with family and friends we had a great time and stayed 4 days tent camping we wanted to stay longer. Definitely going a again. Everyone that works there are such awesome people so nice.
Nice campground, convenient location to Knoebels and there is a shuttle to the park. The campground was also quiet and all the staff was extremely nice
The bathrooms could use a little more up keep for a campground but they aren't the worst I have ever been too. Still 10 times better then using portapotties. We definitely will be returning next year and making it a longer trip and hopefully more then once.
Lake Glory Campground is surrounded by beautiful scenery: the lake and the variety of different trees. You can drift off to sleep listening to the bullfrogs and the crickets. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation is less than stellar. There is very limited privacy, as the bathroom stalls do not have locks on them. If you want to use a locked bathroom, you have to use one of their sink-less toilet rooms. Also, the faucets need to be held as you wash your hands, so it's a little less convenient than a steady stream.
My husband and I have two small children and just spent the last two days at lake glory. We all had a fabulous time. We wanted to do one last thing before school starts. They have a small little park area for the kids (swings slide, and monkey bars) basket ball hoop and valley ball net. They have a bus that takes you back and forth to knoebles. They have a little store so if you forget something for camping most likely they have it. The staff is super friendly. And the staff crew watches the grounds quite often. Quiet time is enforced which is big for us with having small kids trying to sleep. The grounds are well kept and taken care of. Lots of pride in the grounds.
We have a great time whenever we're there. Clean and friendly. Beautiful scenery. The cabins are a fun way to camp out if you don't have a trailer,or don't wanna use a tent. Only a couple minutes from amusement park as well.
